There's only one place you're going to see a red carpet (a legit, red carpet) in the state of Minnesota.  The Ivey Awards this year at the Historic State Theatre were nothing short of fabulous. This community-oriented ceremony honors the best of the best, homegrown actors, set designers, choreographers and costumers.
